Le Matin Club
At Le Matin Club, we follow all EU consumer protection standards and want your experience to be smooth and fair. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your items.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts from the date you receive the goods.

2. Conditions for Return

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned if opened or worn.

Refunds will only be processed once the goods are received and inspected.
3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges if the item is in stock. Please contact us in advance to reserve your preferred replacement.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
